Quartz Roze is a boutique bridal and quinceañera shop dedicated to making every client feel celebrated, confident, and stunning. We’re seeking a Stylist Sales Associate who radiates warmth, communicates with grace, and thrives in a detail-driven, fashion-forward environment.

Position Details

• Location: Nottingham, MD
• Type: Full-time
• Schedule:
• Monday, Tuesday & Friday: 11 AM – 7 PM
• Saturday: 10 AM – 7 PM
• Sunday: 10 AM – 6 PM

Key Responsibilities

As a Stylist Sales Associate, you’ll be more than just a salesperson—you’ll be a personal guide in a memorable experience. You’ll:

• Greet clients with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment
• Offer personalized styling advice for bridal and quinceañera gowns, accessories, and formalwear
• Support fittings, alterations, and dress handling with attention to care and detail
• Communicate fluently in English and Spanish (preferred), ensuring inclusive service
• Maintain the visual appeal of the showroom and assist with merchandising
• Collaborate with the team to craft elegant displays and engaging social media content
• Contribute ideas for signage, seasonal promotions, and customer touchpoints
• Provide honest feedback and support during trial shifts to promote team growth

Qualifications

• Friendly, empathetic communication and customer service skills
• A flair for fashion, especially in bridal and formalwear
• Strong organizational habits and a proactive approach to teamwork
• Must be available to work every weekend, including both Saturday and Sunday
• Bilingual ability (Spanish/English) strongly preferred

Compensation: Hourly wage + commission on sales
