At Quartz Roze, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience in selecting and purchasing their dream dress. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have established a clear and detailed sales policy. Please carefully read the terms and conditions below before making your purchase.
Non-refundable deposit:
To ensure the availability of the dress, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price of the dress. This deposit ensures that your dress will be available on the agreed-upon date. No changes or cancellations of the order will be accepted after the deposit has been made.
No exchanges or returns:
All dresses are unique and made to measure for each individual client (in most cases). Therefore, no exchanges or returns will be accepted after the deposit has been made. Please make sure you have taken all necessary measurements and selected the dress and accessories you want before making your deposit.
Full payment:
Full payment for the dress must be made within 10 days of the completion of the dress. No dress will be delivered until full payment has been received. If payment is not received within 10 days, we reserve the right to cancel your order and retain the deposit.
Dress delivery:
Once the dress is ready for pickup, the dress will be delivered within the next 10 days. We reserve the right to extend this period in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Delay in Pick-up:
In the event of a delay in picking up the dress, an additional fee of $10 per week will be applied. This fee will be charged from the agreed-upon pick-up date. We reserve the right to withhold the dress until the accumulated fee is paid in case of delay.
Measurements and adjustments:
The measurements taken may have a variation of up to 1 inch. If there is any error in the measurements, alterations or changes will be made at no additional charge.
Warranty policy:
Quartz Roze guarantees that all dresses are delivered in perfect condition and free from manufacturing defects. If there is any problem with the dress, please contact us and we will provide quality after-sales service.
